Technical data of the paper sorting plant with automatic loading system for container and walking floor vehicles

The plant was newly installed in 2004 and used exclusively for paper sorting from municipal collection and deliveries from commercial enterprises. After the loss of a large municipal contract for paper sorting last year, the plant was shut down and is therefore for sale.

 

Parts of the plant, the sorting cabin with a few conveyor belts, have already been dismantled and are no longer available. However, the paper line before and after the sorting cabin is still for sale, including the automatic loading system for containers and walking floor vehicles.

 

The conveyor and plant technology has been delivered and installed in a very massive and high quality design.

 

The plant is in good condition, shows only a little wear and tear and is designed for a throughput capacity of up to 50 t/hour of paper.

 

The most important parts of the plant are:

- the feeding area, consisting of an underfloor walking floor with

   an additional feed bunker and chain belt conveyor with dosing

   Reel,

- pre-sorting with a 3-stage disc screen (coarse screen) and  

   a 2-stage disc screen (fine screen) incl. conveyor system and

- an automatic feeding system for containers and walking floor

   Vehicles. Here you can choose between one to four containers or two

   Walking Floor vehicles automatically filled with the sorting fractions

   will be.

 

Due to the already dismantled sorting cabin, the plant is separated from the power supply and can therefore no longer be shown in operation. Therefore, the information about the status of the operating hours counter  is also missing. In the following technical data and the picture documentation with description you can see the individual parts of the system which are for sale.
