Equipment and special features on the press

a.    WPL (Wear Plate Lined)
The entire baling chamber is completely lined with screwed, wear-resistant Hardox steel plates on the floor and side walls.

b.    OptiCut (optimised cutting system)
The optimised cutting system with energy-saving cutting geometry and material return bed, cuts even undissolved bale goods.

c.     MTS (Multi Tying System)
9-fold cross tying system (5-fold vertical, 4-fold horizontal, individually switchable depending on the material recipe). The multi tying system can also be converted from soft-annealed steel wire to a 4 mm PET plastic wire for combustion (external special accessory).

d.    MaxDrop (Maximum Drop Chute)
The volume-maximised drop chute with 2,000 x 1,000 mm ensures optimised material distribution in the press chamber and maximum throughput rates for lightweight materials such as film, DSD material, lightweight plastic fractions, RDF fractions, etc.

e.    ReSys (Restaint System)
6-fold articulated restraint system for highly expanding material such as films, PET bottles, hollow plastic bodies such as bottles, buckets, canisters and drums.

f.      TSM (Two Stage Mode)
Press can be operated with one or two pumps (energy-saving use with only one 75 kW motor, e.g. in late shift or night shift operation).

g.    RMS (Remote Maintenance System)

h.    ICS (Indoor Cooling System)
Indoor Air-conditioning system in the control cabinet without air exchange, so that no dust and dirt is sucked into the control cabinet.



Condition of the baler

With only approx. 9,500 operating hours in 4 years after initial installation, this is a young machine in an extremely good condition. All steel wear parts in the press chamber and press channel as well as on the tying systems show hardly any signs of wear. The press is immediately ready for use again after cleaning and carrying out the normal maintenance intervals, such as greasing.

The equipment of this icon of German engineering leaves hardly anything to be desired. The technical construction and design are "state of the art" and need not fear any comparison with market competitors.

Three trucks are needed for the removal, one low loader with special permit for the main frame of the machine, weight approx. 36 tons.

Two more normal tautliners are needed for the various attachments, weight per truck < 20 tons.
