The following repair and overhaul work was carried out:

• The floor in the press channel was renewed by welding in a new steel plate.
• The guide rails of the needles were overhauled, worn parts were cut off and replaced by new parts.
• The complete needle strands with rollers and needle heads were renewed.
• The plate for the needle drive was overhauled and refitted.
• The covers for the needle channels were exchanged for new original parts.
• Defective limit switches were replaced.
• The plastic sliding plates under the press plunger were replaced.
• Hydraulic hoses have been replaced.

Comments:

The baler has been overhauled, is in a really good condition, immediately available, ready for operation and is sold with a start-up guarantee.

The documentation (Manual, CE, electr./hydr.-drawings), are completely available.  Inspections are possible after agreement.  We will not assume liability for the given technical data and possible errors.
