Below we would like to show you a small overview of selected projects that we have implemented for our customers. It is important to OBM that you, as a prospective buyer, can see why other customers have opted for machines "overhauled by OBM".
It is essential to whom you entrust your project for dismantling, machine overhaul or complete turnkey installation. Punctuality, reliability and quality are the challenges we like to be measured against.
Bollegraaf HBC 80 K
Yoc 2010, pressing force 78,5 tons
Current, running project. Our customer has ordered a completely overhauled Bollegraaf HBC 80 K with an 8-fold cross tying system, incl. new chain belt conveyor and a BOREMA personal protection system, type PSS i-BOR 17. Below you can see the individual phases of the overhaul work of the baler.
Presto HPK 50 BSK
Yoc 2009, pressing force 50 tons
Recently completed project. Our customer has ordered a refurbished Presto HPK 50 BSK with an a large feed hopper, that could be filled with a wheel loader and excavator. Below you can see the individual phases of the overhaul work of the baler.
Bollegraaf HBC 80 K
Yoc 1997, pressing force 78,5 tons
The customer received a completely overhauled Bollegraaf HBC 80 K, with 8-fold cross binding, new chain belt conveyor, new wire drawing stations and bale chute, for pressing cardboard boxes, foils and hard plastics.
Bollegraaf HBC 140 K
Yoc 2007, pressing force 140 tons
The customer received a completely overhauled Bollegraaf HBC 140 K, with 10-fold cross binding, new chain belt conveyor, new wire drawing stations and bale chute, for pressing cardboard boxes, foils and hard plastics.
Bollegraaf HBC 100 K
Year of construction 2007, pressing force 100 tons
The customer received a completely overhauled Bollegraaf HBC 100 K, with 8-fold cross binding, new chain belt conveyor, new wire drawing stations and bale chute, for pressing cardboard boxes, foils and hard plastics.
Paal Konti 700 E
Year of construction 2007, pressing force 170 tons, dismantling and loading
The buyer of the press also commissions OBM to dismantle and load the Paal Konti 700 E, with only 22,500 operating hours, including chain belt conveyor. The machine is used in France for pressing alfalfa.
Bollegraaf HBC 110 F
Year of construction 1998, pressing force 100 tons
OBM received the order to dismantle an older Bollegraaf HBC 100, yoc 1992 and to replace it with a completely overhauled Bollegraaf HBC 110 F. A used chain belt conveyor was extended and adapted to the elevated baler.
