Bollegraaf HBC 100 K, yoc 2007

The customer received a completely overhauled Bollegraaf HBC 100 K, with 8-fold cross binding, new chain belt conveyor, new wire drawing stations and bale chute, for pressing cardboard boxes, foils and hard plastics.

  • Press power main press 100 tons, press power prepress 50 tons, drive power 75 kW, bale size 1,100 x 720 mm
  • Dimensions feed channel 1,600 x 1,100 mm, filling volume per pressing cycle 3,15 m³, theoretic cycle time 19 sec.
  • Throughput rate at a bulk weight of 50 kg/cbm approx. 25 tons/h, bale weight 550 - 880 kg, truck capacity more than 24 tons.
  • Special for plastic bins, 8-fold cross binding, 5-fold vertical, 3-fold horizontal, wire thicknesses up to 4 mm possible.
  • Extremely stable wire stations made of I-beams, for rough use in the recycling industry.
  • Large hydraulic oil tank 2,000 l incl. oil cooler for tough continuous operation even at high outside temperatures.
  • Ladder access and maintenance platform in pressing direction, installed on the side facing away from the control cabinet.
  • Wire stations in the area of service- and cleaning flaps set 500 mm higher for simplify cleaning.
  • The press has been elevated by 390 mm, Safety flaps monitored by end-switches are additionally installed in the area of the needle passage.
  • The horizontal binding system with 3 wires can be switched on for foils, PET bottles or PE bins, drums etc., as required.
  • Bale weights of 550 to 880 kg are achieved, depending on material and bale length.
  • Especially heavy design of the wire station, lifted up by 500 mm, for easy cleaning in the area of the press.
  • The press has been elevated by 390 mm, additional safety flaps monitored by end-switches are additionally installed in the area of the needle passage.
  • Original Bollegraaf stand elevation of 390 mm, to facilitate cleaning and maintenance work on and under the press.
  • Control system with Schneider MAGNELIS touch panel installed, menu commands in national language programmed.
  • New PLC Telemecanique TSX Micro installed.
